WHO
ADVERTISES WHERE ONLINE? |
|
Given the scores of lead generation sites available
today, determining which websites would be most effective
in promoting your franchise can be a difficult task.
With finite advertising resources, you want to invest
your money in lead generation companies that will offer
the highest productive returns (qualified leads). Unfortunately,
lack of empirical data on the industry offers little
insight as to where you should advertise. With no other
alternative to gauge the success of online promotion,
you might look to see which lead generations rank high
on search engine results for various key words, as well
as to “successful” industry leaders to see
“Who Advertises Where Online?”
and follow their lead.
Who
Advertises Where Online tracks 15 of the most
popular lead generation sites (click
here for a list) and lists the franchisors that
promote their systems on each of these sites. The sample
report (click
here to download) lists roughly 3,400 franchisors
that advertise on one or more of these sites.
Who
Advertises Where Online is also an exceptional
way for lead generation companies to quickly identify
prospective advertisers for their sites. With a few
clicks of the mous, one can see who is advertising where,
how many sites a particular franchisor is listed on
and whether their listings are Premium or Standard.
Who
Advertises Where Online is provided in an Excel
format and consists of two detailed, searchable reports
and four summary reports. The reports are as follows:
| Report
1: Where Are Franchisors Advertising Online?
This provides an alphabetical listing
of roughly 2,400 franchisors from which one can
pick a particular franchise system. Once a particular
franchisor is selected, the report will list all
of the lead generation sites on which that franchisor
is advertising. The listing further notes whether
the franchisor has a Premium or Standard listing.

2: Who Is Advertising On the
Key Lead Generation Websites? This
provides an alphabetical listing of 20 key lead
generation websites from which one can pick a particular
lead generation company. The selection of a particular
lead generation company will populate a list of
all the franchisors advertising on that site, either
under a Premium or Standard listing. Additionally,
a total count of all franchisors listed on the site
is reported, allowing valuable insight into exposure
efficiency. The total is informative in that the
higher the total on a particular site, the less
exposure an individual franchise has of being noticed
in a pool of many. |

6: Summary of Franchisors Listed
on 20 Lead Generation Websites. This
report ranks the various lead generation websites

in that the higher the total number of listings
on a particular site, the less exposure an individual
franchise has of being noticed in a pool of many. |
